This was our first stop of the trip. We stayed over night so the first day we didn't do much. We were trying to get use to the time difference. We did spend time at the pool and did manage to walk to a shopping plaza. This is the view we saw at breakfast.
The second day we went to the Maui Ocean Center. It was great. We saw a lot of different creatures. Faith is touching a sea star. Papa and Meme(Melonie) are watching. Remember to call it a sea star and not a star fish. It is not a fish.
We went to a big tank inside and a show was starting so we sat and watched it. Two divers went in and talked about the different sea life and fed the stingrays. I think this one wanted Luke for lunch. It didn't move the whole time Luke was sitting there.
There were tons of different Aquariums. All the water is pumped in from the ocean, filtered, used and pumped back out. They had only animals that were found by the Hawaiian Islands.
We got Luke and Mason to stand still for a moment and got a picture. What handsome guys.
And the beautiful girls. Faith and Madison.
And the crazy dads. Josh and Raul. The fun has begun.
