Kauai

We started off in Kauai on the ship until after lunch. Dad and mom took off and scoped things out for us. After lunch we took a trolley to some shopping and the beach. Faith picked a clam at one of the stores that they opened for her and she got a beautiful pick pearl. Later on the ship we had it set in a dolphin pendant.
The beach had some awesome waves. I think everyone got tossed around by them. The little kids would sit on the tubes and ride the waves in. The older kids just used there bodies. I looked over once and Raul and Josh were rolling around on the beach. All you could see were their legs and feet. Papa almost lost his shorts. Scraped his side good. Luke took a spill on the tube. Face first into the sand. Sounds like fun right? Everyone did it over and over again. We had sand in places sand should never see.
This was right when Luke took his spill. It was great.
That is as far as Melonie went in. She laid on the beach and took a well deserve rest. Mason was in and out. Mainly running away from the waves. I think he could spend hours doing that.

Grandma almost took Madison down. I think she was trying to help Madison get out of the water but it looks like Madison is doing the helping.

The next day we took a trolley to some shops. Picked up some souvenirs for everyone. That night before dinner we all went to papa and grandmas cabin to sit on their balcony. We were going to cruise by the coast were many films were made. Jurassic park, Raiders of the lost arch, King Kong(newer version), and the waterfall in the beginning of Fantasy Island(if your old enough to remember that show). I know there were more but I can't remember them all. anyway here is what we saw. Beautiful.....

A great ending to the cruise. One more day to go. I will finish up tomorrow.
