October is done!!!!!!

It has been one crazy month. It started with the water park. The next week the women from church came over to my house to stuff the stockings we made in July. We stuffed 123 in less than 30 min. That's a lot of women. The next morning Raul had a men's pancake breakfast and right after was our Church Harvest Festival work day. We clean, paint, inventory all of our games and supplies. Than came Luke's 8th birthday. Just a little dinner and cake with family. Faith made his cake. She did a great job. It was a scene of him fishing. We all know how much he loves to fish.
Talking about fishing. He was able to go out two times on a boat this month with some of our friends. He caught his first Snook. It wasn't big enough to keep but he was excited. After one of the trips we went over to our friends and ate the fish they caught. Yummy it was good. We also had gator nuggets. Luke didn't catch the gator:) Back to my month. I had a couple baby showers. We have life group (study) every Tuesday at our house and we had 5 pregnant women. One has since had hers (Lucas) and one is about to pop. I can't wait to hold all of them. I can get my fix and then give them back.

Last weekend I planned a Chocolate Boutique women's retreat for our church. We went to a resort on the beach. It was a lot of planning and time but turned out great. Than last night we had Harvest Fest. This was the first year I was in charge of it. It went over well, I just have a lot to put on paper so next year it won't be so crazy to get ready for. Today we had a baby shower and birthday party at the same time. Luckily they were at the same park. I hope this is not a sign to what November is going to look like :)

I'm off to the couch. The kids and I are having a movie night tonight.
