It's been a while since our last post. It has been a busy summer. The Roman Empire took a trip to Michigan in August to visit family. One of the favorite things to do is go to Sutton Farms (Farm of Rick Sutton and his family, Heather's uncle) in Marlette, MI. The kids learned a lot on this trip, especially about milk...

These are just a few of the many pictures of the adventures we had while in Michigan. The best part was seeing Heather enjoy her time with family she had not seen in a while and the kids meeting cousins they had never met or not seen in a long time, then take off playing for hours. We had to say "See you later" to a great man, Phil Balon (another uncle), which quite possibly we will not see until he greets us at the gates of heaven. We love you Uncle Phil.
