Recently, we had another episode of "Chopped," Roman Empire style. Chopped is a Food Network show which pits chefs against each other with secret ingredients. The contestants open baskets and are given a time limit in which to create a dish to be judged.
After an opening appetizer round, the entree' round ingredients were an English muffin, pepperoni, cheese, and pizza sauce. Here are there creations.
Faith, she inverted her ingredients and called it an upside down pizza, on the muffin was pepperoni, cheese, then sauce on top. Very good.
Luke, stayed traditional but added ham. Excellent.
The dessert round was my favorite. Marshmellows, cookies, caramel syrup... They are thinking hard on what to create.

Luke was impressive. He ground his cookies, added apple sauce, and created a Mickey Mouse on top using the marshmellows. It tasted great, the tartness of the apple sauce mixed with the sweetness of syrup and cookies.
