School....

While everyone is running around getting their last minute school supplies we sit in our wonderful home with everything we need. Let me share our most important supplies.

Our desk, you might call it your kitchen table. This is where we do most of our book work. I say most because we also love to use the couch and floor .

Our calender. For all of our important events such as play dates, beach/pool time, cartooning and earth explorers class, 4-H, you get my point :)
Our book shelf. It holds our supplies (books, paper, manipulative's, pencils, etc) for the year. Isn't it amazing that kids can learn without being in a classroom with walls and shelves filled with stuff.

And for Luke the most important part. Access to the refrigerator. He is always eating or drinking something during "school". It also holds our commission worksheets and envelopes (a Dave Ramsey program we are doing as a family to achieve Financial Peace).

So, I guess you can say we are ready for "school". Even though school doesn't stop at our house for summer. As I sit writing this Faith has the

Dictionary out looking up a word. We learn something every day. I bet you do too.
