Luke's Lawn Care...

Luke closed the deal on the first contract for his lawn care business, Luke's Lawn Care. He and his uncle Duane agreed on a year long contract with a full year payment up front. We did have a talk about obligation and responsibility (in other words, in a few months when the money is low, you still have to fulfill a contract for a year). Anyhow, he started working his contract today. Below is a copy of the wording in the contract which he composed with his Papa:

I would like to propose a lawn maintenance program for the above property. I will keep the lawn mowed for the year for the sum of $360.00. For this amount I will mow as needed and trim around the house putting the material in the recycle bin.
