We took the new camper out for a test run the past couple of days. We went up to Myakka State park. It was our first time there. Very nice place. Beautiful place. Here are the kids playing around on the trees. Luke loved climbing all the trees.
Faith posing for the camera. Oh,these were all taken by my new camera. Yea I finally got one.
My crazy guys. These were all taken on a trail we were walking. There were so many trails we didn't get to half of them.
Our campsite. The trailer is great. We had so much room we didn't know what to do. The sites were covered with trees. Really nice although a branch fell off one and almost took Luke out.
Inside, The kids were showered and watching a movie before bed.
Of course they had to have a snack or two.

We played Ladder Ball and the kids road bikes around the loop.

We went on an air boat ride. It was a pretty big air boat so it didn't go to fast but it was OK. Don't think I would spend the money on it again though.
There is a canopy walk were you can go on this hanging bridge and climb up a tower to go above the trees. It was beautiful up there. This is the tower.
The scene from almost the top.
Raul and kids crossing bridge. Only four on the bridge at a time.

Looking down from almost top of tower. The bridge we walked across to get to tower.
Picture of bridge from below.
Now comes the great part. We saw so many animals it was crazy. This was the first one we saw. A wild Boar. She was greeting us at the campsite when we drove up. The next day around the same time she brought the babies with her.
Then we saw all kinds of birds, boar, squirrel, deer, alligators, eagle, turkey, armadillos and raccoon. The raccoon were all over the campsites. We had some wake us up the first night as they opened up our coolers and proceeded to take our meats and play in the ice. I think there were more raccoon around then people.
